Based on aerial and ground photos. The main terminal and cargo area buildings were all replaced. The aprons were modified to be more accurate and the smaller cargo area taxiway was added. All the usual goodies are included.

V2 is a complete replacement for V1. Due to a nasty bug in EZ-Scenery (since eradicated), the entire V1 scenery was misaligned. That has been fixed. Incorrectly sized objects on the cargo ramps have been fixed. The commuter airline parking at the north side of the main terminal has been corrected to make it more like the real thing. V1.1, which contained just the ramp lighting, has been incorporated into V2.

One significant change is that there are now two versions of the scenery, V2 and V2a. V2, like V1, has static aircraft parked at the cargo ramps. In V2a the static aircraft have been removed so ai cargo planes can park at the cargo ramps. V2a of the AFCAD file has cargo parking spaces added.

INSTALLATION
This scenery is not self-installing because I have no idea how to do that. You will need to have some knowledge of FS9 scenery libraries in order to install it.

INSTALLING THE SCENERY FILES
The scenery consists of these files:

CYEG_SS_V2.bgl -- the main scenery file with static aircraft
AF2_CYEG_SS_V2.bgl -- the afcad file that goes with CYEG_SS_V2.bgl

CYEG_SS_V2a.bgl -- the main scenery file with NO static aircraft
AF2_CYEG_SS_V2a.bgl -- the afcad file that goes with CYEG_SS_V2a.bgl

cyeg_SS_V1_execlude_X.BGL (there are nine of these) -- files that removes some of the default scenery objects

1. This step applies ONLY if you already have V1 of my CYEG scenery installed. If you do not already have V1 installed, skip to step (2). Delete CYEG_SS_V1.bgl, AF2_CYEG_SS_V1.bgl, cyeg_ss_V1-1.bgl, and the nine exclude files (cyeg_SS_V1_execlude_X.BGL) from whichever folder you installed them in.

2. If you DO want to have static aircraft, use the following files:

CYEG_SS_V2.bgl
AF2_CYEG_SS_V2.bgl

The easiest way to install the scenery is to put the files in your FS9/Addon Scenery/Scenery folder. Or, if you know how to create and use FS scenery folders, you can put them in any active scenery folder of your choosing.

3. If you do NOT want to have static aircraft, use the following files:

CYEG_SS_V2a.bgl
AF2_CYEG_SS_V2a.bgl

The easiest way to install the scenery is to put the files in your FS9/Addon Scenery/Scenery folder. Or, if you know how to create and use FS scenery folders, you can put them in any active scenery folder of your choosing.

(AF2_CYEG_SS_V2.bgl and AF2_CYEG_SS_V2a.bgl are AFCAD files. These define the runways, taxiways and other aspects of the airport that underlies this scenery. If you already have a MODIFIED--meaning not the original FS9--AFCAD file for CYEG you will have to remove or deactivate it before installing mine. You do not have to use the AFCAD file I've supplied, but the scenery will probably look odd without it.)

4. Put the 9 exclude files (cyeg_SS_V2_execlude_X.BGL) in the same folder you used in step (2) or (3).

5. If you are upgrading from the previous version you are done. If you are installing this scenery for the first time, follow the instructions below on installing the object libraries.

INSTALLING THE OBJECT LIBRARIES
Object libraries provide the buildings, vehicles, fences, etc. that you see in this scenery. The scenery will not display unless you have these object libraries installed on your system. These objects were created by clever and talented people for the rest of us to share and use. We love them. Object libraries are "shared" by scenery files...YOU SHOULD NOT NEED TO REINSTALL AN OBJECT LIBRARY THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE ON YOUR SYSTEM, AND DOING SO MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS.

1. The first library you should download and install is provided by Abacus, the makers of EZ-Scenery. This libary is self-installing. Download it here: http://www.abacuspub.com/pub/AbacusEZLibraries.exe

2. Now download from Avsim and install any of the following object libraries THAT YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE INSTALLED ON YOUR SYSTEM. Follow the installation instructions that come with the libraries.

default_terminals_ss.zip
FS9_custom_buildings_ss_1.zip
fs9_jetways_ss_1_178912.zip
abw_ver23.zip
lens_ez_oil_drums.zip
lens_ez_scenery.zip
Lens_ez_scenery_textures.zip
ga_planes_1.zip
ezplanes.zip
fg_vert_gse.zip
fg_vert_logistics.zip
fg_vert_textures.zip
shipping_containers.zip
esdg_ramplight_rwy12.zip

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RWY12 OBJECT LIBRARIES
This scenery was created using EZ-Scenery by Abacus. RWY12 is a freeware program that also allows you to create scenery. EZ-Scenery can use object libraries made for RWY12. Some of the libraries you may download and install make reference to RWY12 or say they are for use with RWY12. This is OK. Please note:

1. You do not need to have the RWY12 program installed in order to use RWY12 object libraries with this scenery. If you do have the RWY12 program installed, it should not interfere with this scenery.

2. If you have the RWY12 program installed, install any RWY12 object libraries according to their instructions.

3. If you do NOT have the RWY12 program installed and have NOT installed scenery made using RWY12, you can ignore instructions regarding "RWY12 folder" and "xml file". You only need to intall the bgl and texture files in order to use RWY12 object libraries with this scenery.

TERMS OF USE
This scenery and the objects used to create it are FREEWARE and you may not charge anything for their use.

MANY THANKS......
To Microsoft for making the most fun computer program ever. To Abacus for EZ-Scenery which was used to create this scenery. To Lee Swordy for AFCAD. To the many kind and talented people who have provided us with scenery objects and the tools to use them.
